Shipping policy

Where We Ship RoInfoStore currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Packages Because our products ship directly from different suppliers, orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at roinfostore@yahoo.com with your order number and we'll help locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
